  • Has cleared the ‘BSE Certificate for Derivatives Exchange’ conducted by the BSE Training Institute.

  • He carries an in-depth and seasoned experience of Business Risk Services covering Risk Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Internal Audit, Control Assurance, Governance, Forensic, IFC Compliances.
  • He has a rich experience with 20+ years of experience in India and outside India. His career stint includes association with Grant Thornton India and Africa, Radisson Consulting LLP leading Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Has a core expertise in FMCG, Supply Chain, Ports and Logistics, Healthcare, Telecom, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.

    • CA Kanak Tibrewala - B. Com, FCA, CS, ACMA

  • Has exposure in areas of accounting, audit, taxation & project finance.
  • Is involved in the compliance of the Company Law Matters, Goods & Services Tax and other statutory laws.
  • Stock audit and concurrent bank audit, GST Audit.



    CA Kunal Vaidya - B. Com, FCA, ACMA

  • Leads the Governance, Risk and Compliance practice with post qualification experience of over 9 years in Consulting.
  • Also manages the Manufacturing, Retail, Mutual Fund, Service Sector, FMCG, Chemical and Petro Chemical, Logistics, Banking and Insurance clienteles.
  • Has a composite experience of 12 plus years in IFC, Control Framework Designing, SOP Documentation, Internal Audit, Process Reviews, SOC Audit and designing of budgets and MIS Templates. Also heads the advisory services on Cost Management such as Cost Optimization Services, Value Chain Analysis, Costing of Products, Benchmarking etc.
